Q1. Do you have the best competitive prices?

  We do not claim to, or attempt to, have the best competitive prices for every product. We are able to offer substantial savings compared to the original instrument manufacturers for a high quality, fully compatible product. Some of our prices are lower than all our competitors, others may not be. What we do offer is genuine value for money. We do not compromise product quality in order to offer low priced products.

Q2. Can I get a discount for large orders?

  We offer substantial savings for large users. If you need very large quantities additional discounts may be available - please enquire.

Q3. What do I do if I am not satisfied?

  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products or our service let us know. You can be assured that your problem will be dealt with promptly and fairly.

Q4. How often does inventory change?

  Some of our products will always be available. However, due to the nature of being on the cutting edge of style, we are constantly updating and changing our inventory to suit our customers' needs.  Please feel free to inform us of a style you like and we will do our best to get it for you.

Q5. Can my logo be printed on your boxes?

  Yes, absolutely. CHINEE offers one to four colors imprinting on all our plastic boxes.

Q6. What color is the standard plastic box?

  Our standard plastic boxes are crystal clear, with no cloudiness, so your products can be clearly seen through the box.

Q7. I want my product to fit snugly in the packaging. What do you have to offer?

  CHINEE offers custom-made foam inserts that are specially tailored to meet your needs. Foam inserts are a great way to create custom packaging.

Q8. What is shrink film packaging and what is its purpose?

  Shrink film packaging is a relatively simple concept and procedures using different types of shrink film for effectively displaying and protecting a variety of products. Shrink films have been oriented (stretched) during the manufacturing process. They therefore shrink upon being heated during the wrapping process. The type of shrink film to be used is determined by the type of shrink film equipment used and by the needs of the customer.

Shrink Film is usually found in roll stock and it is used for protection, product enhancement and for protecting packages from being opened prior to purchase. Shrink film provides a see-through over wrap for a clear sparkling display. Shrink film is used to bundle multiple products together. Shrink film reduces the cost of product packaging.

Q10. Why is PVC still used as a packaging material?

PVC was one of the first polymers used in food packaging applications that replaced many traditional materials such as glass as well as various forms of card and paper. Some of the key reasons for its success compared to traditional materials are highlighted below:

PVC is lightweight compared with glass, with the added benefit of reduced transport emissions

It is shatter resistant which was seen as an immense benefit as it would reduce the number of accidents in the home and outside.

PVC has excellent organoleptic properties which means that it imparts no taint or taste to foodstuffs

PVC has excellent barrier properties for the preservation of food

Q11. What makes PVC important?

A. Strong and lightweight

PVC’s abrasion resistance, light weight, good mechanical strength and toughness are key technical advantages for its use in building and construction applications.

B. Easy to install

PVC can be cut, shaped, welded and joined easily in a variety of styles.

C. Durable

PVC is resistant to weathering, rotting, chemical corrosion, shock and abrasion. It is therefore the preferred choice for a range of customers for many different long-life and outdoor products. In fact, medium and long-term applications account for some 85 per cent of PVC production in the building and construction sector. For example, it is estimated that PVC pipes will have potential in-service lives of up to 100 years. In other applications such as window profiles and cable insulation, studies indicate that over 60 per cent of them will have working lives of over 40 years.

D. Cost-effective

PVC has been a popular material for construction applications for decades due to its physical and technical properties which provide excellent cost-performance advantages. As a material it is very competitive in terms of price, this value is also enhanced by the properties such as its durability, lifespan and low maintenance.

E. Environmental impact

Excellent thermal insulation of PVC windows, cladding and roofing helps to significantly increase the energy efficiency of buildings. PVC piping systems help prevent leakage and their exceptionally smooth surfaces reduce the cost of pumping fluids. PVC products require comparatively less energy and resource use during production, as well as in conversion to finished products. They are lighter than those made of concrete, iron or steel requiring less energy (and thus fewer emissions) to transport and install. In lifecycle analyses and independent studies, PVC’s environmental impact has been found to be favourable when compared with other manufactured materials used for construction. PVC products are also so durable that frequent replacement is unnecessary. And, as a thermoplastic, at the end of one use, PVC is relatively straightforward to separate from other plastics and then can be easily recycled into new applications. Well-established schemes ensure that a large proportion of PVC used in construction applications, such as pipes, window profiles and flooring are now recycled at the end of their useful lives. And additional recycling facilities for waste PVC construction materials are being developed each year across Europe. If not recycled, it is possible to recover energy from PVC by incineration. PVC can also safely be deposited in landfill if no recovery solution is available.

Q12. What are the features of aluminum foil?

A. Freezer-to-oven convenience

B. Microwave ability

It’s true – aluminum foil containers can be used in microwave ovens! In fact, foods heat more thoroughly in aluminum than in plastic and retain more of their original texture and flavor.

C. Transportability

Aluminum containers are leak-resistant, sturdy, stackable, and keep foods fresher than plastic or Styrofoam containers.

D. Easy clean up

Choose easy clean-up or no clean-up. After cooking, save your aluminum containers and recycle them.

E. Tri-oven ability

Not only can aluminum containers be used in a microwave oven, they also stand up to conventional ovens and toaster ovens without melting, charring, or compromising the food’s original flavor.

Q15. Shipping?

  Be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. If you order more, the shipping cost will be lower. Air charge is different for different country.

Q17. How do I pay?

  We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.

Q18. How about the after service?

  CHINEE is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.
